Teacher’s Activity 1. Lead in. I show stethoscope, ferule and a bag on the desk.Then a student ticks the ferule and do the gestures, then lead he say: “I’m a teacher.” I point he and ask: “How do we introduce his job? How about other jobs? Let’s learn the text. 2. Learn the new words. I show the stethoscope and make gestures, say: “Guess, what do I do?” Ss will say the doctor in Chinese. Then teach the word, write it on the blackboard. I take the bag and run to classroom, let Ss guess. Write the word: pupil. Teach them, drill them, read two by two. Game: Train, High and low voice. 3.
