Jack and Tom are talking to each other. Jack says, "I'm really worried. My dad works twelve hours a day to give me a nice home and good food. My mom cleans the room and cooks for me the whole day. I'm quite worried!"

Tom asks, "What have you got to worry about? Sounds to me like you've got it made!"

Jack says, "What if they don't want to do any more?"

Tom

Jack

Asking to Play

Andy knocked at the door of his friend. When his friend's mother answered, he asked, "Can Eddie come out to play?"

"No," said the mother, "he has got a lot of homework to do."

"Well, then," said Andy, "can his football come out to play?"
