Step 1：Warm-up & Revision
Let’s chant:
自编歌谣，可用不同实物来替换
Where, where, where is my pencil?
Maybe, maybe, maybe it’s in your desk.
No, no, no, it isn't.
Where, where, where is my ruler?
Maybe, maybe, maybe it’s on your chair.
Yes, yes, yes, it is.
Step 2：Presentation & Practice
1. Let’s spell
① T呈现dog图片
T：What’s this?
S1: It’s a dog.
T: How to spell it?
S1: D-o-g, dog.
板书，字母Oo用不同的颜色书写。
让Ss说，体会字母Oo在闭音节单词中的发音，播放录音，让Ss模仿、学说单词dog。
② 类似方式呈现单词：box，比较dog和box的发音，寻找发音规律。
③ 呈现orange和body并教授、操练。
④ T总结字母Oo在闭音节单词中的发音规律。

T通过多媒体呈现一棵苹果树，树上有多个苹果，苹果上写着含有字母Oo的开音节单词和闭音节单词，请Ss选择不符合本节课发音规律的单词并将它们摘掉，然后拼读剩下的单词。
