Step 1 Warming up

1. Greeting.

2. Free talk, review the words on vehicles.

将交通工具图片ship, car, plane, bicycle, bus, train, taxi, van, subway贴在黑板上。

T: Look! What a busy traffic! What’s the name of the vehicle?

Ss: It’s a van.

T: And this?

Ss: It’s a car.

T: How do you go to school every day?

S1: I go to school by taxi.

S2: I go to school by bicycle.

S3: I go to school by bus.

Step 2 Presentation and drill

1. 在黑板上标出home, school。

T:This is my home. This is our school.

将图片bicycle从home 移到school。

T:How did I come here? I came here by bicycle. How did you come here today?

S: I came here by …

将图片bicycle换成图片on foot。

T:How did I go home?
