Teaching Procedure(教学过程)

Step1 Warmer

1.Greet with the students.

2.Let’s sing a song, ok? What song do you like?

Step2 Lead-in

Show the picture of Daming and ask: Who is it? Put Daming in front of me. Yes, I’m Daming. I learn a new song, Let’s sing for you.

Step3 New Lesson

1. Play the tape. Ask the students to listen carefully. What song is it? What did you hear?

2. Yeah, now boys and girls open your books, Look at P2, listen and point to the letters in turn.

3. Show the alphabet and say: I like Letter.... Where is ....? Yes, it’s my favorite letter.[4. I play the tape a third time and the students point and sing.

Step4 Drilling

1. Ask: What letter do you like? T: Point to .... in your books.

2.Show the letter cards. Ask the students to read the letters one by one.

3. Ask the students who can read the letters to hold up the letters and listen to me then skip

Step5 Consolidation

1. Please open your Activity Books. Look at Exercise1. What can you see? There’s a picture on this page. You have to join the letters, you will see the picture. Now get a pencil and put your pencil on a. Then join the letters in turn by yourselves with your books.

2. Ask the first student who finish the exercise to point to the letters in the EB and lead them to sing the song. What’ the picture?

3. Show Page2 in the TB. Point to letter q and say: I like q, It’s my favorite queen.(point to the queen.)
