Step1:

Write the seasons.

T: Ask some questions. When is your birthday? How old are you?

S: Try to answer the questions.

T: Write the words on the blackboard.

S: Read these words. (困)

Step2:

Write the month

T: Have the children look at the six pictures on the bottom of the page. Have the children complete the sentences.

S: Try to do it.

Step3:

Listen and check.

T: Have the children look at the pictures on the top of page33.

S: Look at the pictures.

T: Have the children look at the dates beside each character. Have the children read the month.

S: Try to read it.

T: Have the children listen to the tape and have the children check the date.

S: Listen and check.

T: Have the children listen again and check the answer.

S: Listen again and check the answer.

T: Put the children in pairs.

S: Exchange their books with their partner.

Step4:

Let’s do.

T: Ask the children look at the postcard at the bottom of the page. Tell them to work in groups and choose a holiday. Then make a card for that day.

S: Try to do it.

T: When the children finish, have the children read what they write on the cards. Have the children choose the one they think is the best.

S: Try to do it.

Homework:

Have the children actually send out the card they made.

在平时的学习中应加大学生对所学知识的练习力度。学生不能把所学知识灵活运用。
