能听，说，认读单词：long, short, fat, thin, giraffe, elephant, snake, lion. 能听、说、认读句子：That snake is long / short. The giraffes are tall. And I am short.

2、技能目标：

用所学的句型和单词对动物或其他的物品进行描述。

教育学生要爱护动物，保护大自然。

Step1: Warmer

1. Greetings T: Good morning, children. Ss: Good morning , Miss Yi. T: How are you today? Ss: I am fine , thank you. And how are you? T: I am ok. Thanks.

2. Sing a song. T: Let’s sing a song , ok? Ss: OK！ T& Ss: Old Macdonald.

3. Guessing game T: Now, let’s play a guessing game about animals. T: They are big. They’re black an white. What are they? S1: They are cows. T: You are right. T: They are fat. They’re pink and black. What are they? S2: They are pigs. T: You’re so clever.

Step2: Presentation

1. T: Boys and girls, do you like animals? Ss: Yes, we do. T: That’s great！ Let’s go to the zoo.（教学单词：zoo）Look！ What’s this? S3:It’s a snake. （教授单词：snake） T: What colour is it? S4: It’s green. T: Is it long? S5: Yes, it is. T: That snake is long. （教学单词：long） T: Look at this picture. It’s a snake , too. Is it long? S6: No, it isn’t. It’s short. 2. T: Children, let’s play another guessing game , ok? Ss: OK！ T: I am very tall. I can run fast. I sleep standing up. Who am I ? Ca n you guess? S9: It’s a giraffe. Step4: Read the text . T: Listen , point and find “long, short, tall, big”。
