一、教学目标与要求

1、能够听、说、认读本课时主要的生词twenty-one ____fifty .

2、能够听懂歌谣,并按照节奏念出歌谣:How many English books do you have ? Thirty ! Thirty ! Thirty !

3、了解Story time 中的故事。

二、教学重、难点分析

1 、本课时需要掌握有关说字的说法:21-50,特别是thirty , forty 和fifty 的发音。

2 、针对本课时的难点Story time , 要求教师正确讲解故事内容,使大部分学生能理解故事,并引导基础好的学生表演故事。

三 、 课前准备

1、 教师准备一台录音机和相关的录音带。

2、 学生准备数词卡片。

四 教学步骤和建议

1、 热身(Warm-up)

(1) Play Unit 2 part A let`s do

(2) Oral p r a c t I s e For example

A: I have a new pen

B: what colour is it ?

2Preview

(1)teacher lead students not only say but also do students` book Unit 1 part A let`s do : For example

Show me your pencil ,Show me your ruler ………

(2)  Teacher ask students : How many pencils can you see ?

Lead them to answer : I can see three pencils

3Presentation

(1)Presentation of the new words

Teacher take out many books and say : I have so many books : English books  Chinese books  and math books How many English books can you see ?  Let`s count together

Require student difference thirteen and thirty

(2)Practise

Teacher and students use number card teaching numbers practise again and again

(3)Listen to the tape

(4)Story time

(5)Consolidation and extension

Listen to Let`s learn , read to your friends and your family number.
