一、Pre-task preparation

1.Song.

2.Act out the dialogue:In the shop.

3.Ask and answer e.g. “What colour is it? ”to elicit “It’s…” “Is it…? ”to elicit “Yes./No. ” 歌曲将学生带入英 语氛围。 复习表示颜色的单词和句型,进一步加深学生的印象, 为下面的学习做准 备。

4.Tell students:In spring many people like to fly kites. There are kites of many colours.They allfly very high in the sky.sometimes up,sometimes down.

二、While-task procedure

1.Open the book to page 16. Teach the rhyme line by line

2.Play the cassette tape for students to listen to the rhyme.

3.Read the rhyme together with the students,adding some actions.
