Ss guess and T says: You may ask some questions.

Help Ss to ask question: What can you do?

Let Ss guess other Ss what they are.

Teach: swim

Let Ss guess what I am and T answers: I can swim.

。T says and does the action. Ss follow T.

T: What letters are included this word, can you guess?

T writes the word swim on the blackboard.

Ss read after T.

Teach: skate.

T shows the picture of skate.

T: Do you like this sport? Who can skate?

Let Ss show how to skate.

T asks: Can you skate? Ss answer: Yes/No.

Read the word for times. Pay attention to the sound /t/.

Teach: play football, play chess.

T asks: Can you swim? Can you skate?

T: I like these sports and I like games, too. Do you like playing games?

Teach: play. Ss read after T for times.

T: Play games. We also can play football.

Teach: football. Ss read after T: ball, foot, football.

Teach: chess. T takes out the chess and the Chinese chess. Ss pass and say: chess.

Review the four words.

Game: Bomb game.

Game: I read loudly, you read lowly.
