Song Introduce Words Sentences: |
1. Sing a song 2. Introduce: country park by showing pictures of country parks. T: Which country park do you like? 1. Tell the students that the Lis are going to have a picnic in the country park. Write these sentences on the board: They eat breakfast. The Lis get up. They wash their faces and clean their teeth. Ask the students to put these three sentences in the right order. 2. Ask the students to look at the pictures in Look and talk. Students then read the sentences in Read and write. 3. Students work in pairs to match the sentences and pictures. 4. Invite pairs of students to read the story to the class. 5. Divide students into groups. Ask them to write the story again by adding some more sentences. Ask some guided questions to prompt the intermediate and less able students. Workbook page 23 1. Students look at the pictures about the Li family’s trip to Century Park. 2.
