二、 Presentations.

1、Let Ss act the dialogue (Where’s …?/ It’s…etc.) in pairs. Give more words to make the dialogue.

2、Take out four pictures Ask Ss: What’s this? What’re these? Where’s the book? Where’re the girl’s socks?

Elicit responses and encourage Ss to use complete sentences. Have Ss guess what the dialogues are going to be.

3、Ask them to listen .Then play the tape for No.1Then pause.

Ask Ss: Which picture is it? Is it A, B, C or D? While Ss are responding, gradually move your hand to Picture D. Continue with the other pictures.

4、Write a big question mark on the board. Point to the question mark to have Ss ask a question. Use familiar items in the classroom. Modle the activity first. Point to the question mark and a desk. Ss: Where’s the …?)Continue with other items.

5、Have Ss look at the pictures. Have Ss name the items in the pictures. Play the tape and have Ss answer. Encourage Ss to ask other Ss questions.

6、Take out the picture ask Ss: Where’re the socks? Help them answer: They’re in the box. Ask about the other two pictures. Play the tape and point to each word and each sentence as it chant. Divide the Ss into two teams. One team chants the question and the second team chants the responses.

三、 Practice:

Open their books. Have Ss look at the picture. And Ss write down their answer. Put Ss in pairs to check one another’s work.
