蹦床(Gymnastics Trampoline)“突然死亡”是蹦床运动的专业术语，就是选手在运动中被迫终止动作，比赛突然结束。蹦床框架长5米05，宽2米91。而有效区不过是中间的白色网内部分;一旦触及边上蓝色的垫子或掉到地上，参赛选手只能“突然死亡”，即时结束比赛，分数按已完成的动作计算。
