2.Sing a song《Please stand up》, sing and do the action.

㈡ Presentation

Teacher show a pencil, ask “What’s this?”Let students answer “pencil”. Teacher ask again“How many?”Teacher show seven pencils and ask:“How many?”Help students understand the mean of “How many?”and let them answer in Chinese. Then teacher say:“How many pencils? Let’s count!”let student count the pencils.

㈢ Teaching the new text

1.Teacher write the numbers“one”to“eight”on the blackboard when students count. And read for them.

2.Study the words about“one”to“eight”.
