Unit 3 Animals

学情分析:

1.学习者情况

一年级学生年龄小,几乎不具备英语基础,因此,在课堂上不宜讲授过深、过难的内容。但是,低领儿童具有强烈的好奇心,求知欲和爱玩的心理并存,所以,在教学中应充分考虑到这一点,寓学习于游戏之中,在快乐中获得知识。

2.学习内容

本课为人教版一年级起点第一册,适用于一年级学生。本课是该单元第一课时,涉及的教学内容不宜太多、太深。要求学生能听懂、会说并熟练掌握cat, dog, bird, monkey, tiger五种动物的英文说法;教材中出现的chant 作为教学内容的一部分,可以增添课堂的趣味性,使教学达到更好的效果。授课时间为40分钟。

学习目标:

1.知识目标 To enable the students to master the five words: cat, bird, dog, monkey and tiger.

2.技能目标 To make the students cultivate listening and speaking skills.

3.情感目标 To help the students to develop the consciousness of protecting animals.

To know different living habits of different animals.

教学过程:

Ⅰ。 Warm-up

Greeting: teacher: Good morning, boys and girls! students: Good morning, Miss Song!

Ⅱ。 Leading in

This class I bring here some cute animals, let’s make friends with them and learn how to call them in English. Ok?

Ⅲ。 Presentation

1. Teacher imitates one animal of the five, let students guess.

2. Teach the words: students read together following teacher according to slides and words on blackboard.

3. Let’s chant: eg: cat cat 是小猫, cat cat miao miao miao, cat cat cat.

4. Group work:

A: Divide the students into two groups according to their seats, read the chant separately following teacher.

B: Divide the students into two groups according to gender, read the chant separately following teacher.

Ⅳ Practice:

1. Listen to the sounds of different animals, make the students guess.

2. Read together following teacher: eg: Hello, I’m cat. Hello cat hello!

3. Make the students guess according to the half-covered pictures.

4. Read together following teacher: eg: Hello, I’m cat. Hello cat hello!

VI Homework:

学习模仿cat, bird, monkey, dog and tiger 五种小动物。

教学反思:

1. 一年级学生年龄小,自控力不够,因此要时刻注意课堂秩序的维持。

2. 课堂教学模式稍嫌单一,可以使其尽量多样化,以利用多种刺激维持学生的兴趣。

3. 鼓励学生用英语回答问题。

4. 教师语速要适当减慢。

5. 游戏时间可以适当加长。

6. 随时纠正学生的发音。

7. chant 稍嫌过长,特别是最后需要升降调的单词反复朗读,可以省略。
