Teaching procedure:

Step 1 preparation

1 Send greetings.

T: Hello,boys and girls, how are you?

S: Fine, thank you, and you?

T: Hello, S1!

S1: Hello, Mr ....

T: S1, can you tell me, is there an English book on your desk?

S1: Yes, there is.

T: Hello, S2!

S2: Hello, Mr ....

T: Are there any pencils in your pencil box?

S2: Yes, there are./Whats in your pencil box?

T: Can I have a look?/There are/a...

S2: Sure.

T: Thank you!

S2: Not at all.

T: Hello, S3.

S3: Hello, Mr ...

T: S4, can you play the piano/the violin?

S3: No, I cant?

T: What can you do?

S3:I Can...

T:OK, very good, boys and girls! Can you sing Do-Re-Me!

Ss:Yes, we can.

T:Ok, Lets sing it together!(Play the song Do-Re-Me)

Ss: ....(Singing)

Sing an English song: Do-Re-ME.

Step 2 Revision

1. Review the words and expressions.

T: Boys and girls, now, we will do a game ---- Guess the words. OK now, please look at the picture carefully.
