一、 教学目标

1、 知识目标:

学生能够掌握课文中的重点句理解并能够朗读课文。

2、 能力目标:

通过学习新年的知识能够描述节日中我们的活动能表达节日的祝福。

3、 情感目标:

了解东西方重大节日渗透爱国主义教育。

二、 教学过程:

I.Warming up

1.Sing a song Merry Christmas

【设计意图】 通过学唱这首圣诞的英文歌曲让学生感知节日的快乐。

II.lead in

T: Dec 25th is Christmas Day .Did you see sandaclouths?

Have you got any presents at Christmas Day ?

III.Presention

1. T: I ‘ve got some presents .look! These are sweets. 学习单词sweets .

2. well ,western people are enjoying Christmas Day now. In China there is a big festival too.what’s that ?

S. Chinese new year ! 课件出示新年的图片

【设计意图】通过新年图片学习本课词组。

3. Chinese new year is coming soon. I have a big present for you .look !

课件出示一个礼物盒子孩子们拼读单词当把整个单词读出来的时候,礼物盒子打开出现一串爆竹。学习单词firecrackers

T: Here’s a big firecarackers. It may boom anytime. Wherever it will happen to any of you ,you should give us a new year greeting “happy new year !’’

课件显示一个燃烧的爆竹爆竹随时会引爆,同学读单词,当同学碰到爆竹爆炸时就要向全班同学送上节日的祝福。Happy new year.

【设计意图】将单调的机械练习变得更鲜活更真实。激发了学生的学习兴趣。本环节不但操练了单词还巩固了本课的词组 Happy new year.
