学情分析：
五年级的学生在三年级已学过如何用英语询问时间what’s the time?It’s…以及谈论，有一定的基础，通过旧知引出新知，What time does school start?这一课有一定的难度。因此教师应注重由浅入深，反复鼓励及引导学生，让学生愉快自信的沉浸在课堂教学中，从而达到教学的目的。
教学目标：
（一）知识目标
1.掌握基本词汇；exercise playgroud before skip exercise
2.掌握基本句型What time does school start?及其问答3，
（二）能力目标
在实际生活中能口头运用“What time …”这类语句询问事情发生的时间，并做出回答。
（三）情感目标
帮助学生了解中西方学校生活的差异，热爱自己的学校生活。

一、Warm –up and review the numbers

通过歌曲复习数字，为本课的新知的学习做铺垫，充分调动学生的积极性
二、Lead in
Now,I am going to draw sth on the blackboard.can you tell me what am I drawing?画一个橘子
T: what am I drawing?画一个钟
结合学生好奇，爱猜这一特点，一猜谜形式引入时钟，从而引出本课将要学习的知识点。
三、presentation
