Step 1: Warming-up

1. Greetings.

2. Daily talk: What did you do yesterday/ last Sunday? / What do you usually do on Sundays? / What are you going to do ?

Step 2: Presentation

1. Lead in: Story about Happy goat and his friends’ plan for Sunday.

2. Show pictures and present the words.

3. Show the cards and read the phrases.

4. Show CAI, read after the computer.

5. Give a situation, teach the sentence pattern.

6. Show the picture, present the words: tomorrow, the day after tomorrow.

7. Play a game: 看谁眼力好

8. Chant the phrases: go, go, go on vacation; see, see, see the doctor…

9. Activity: Do some actions, the students guess with the sentence: Are you going to …?

Step 3 Practice

1. Show some pictures on PPT, do some exercises.

2. Practice 1 At first, look at the pictures and talk about them. Then listen and repeat the sentences. Check the answers.

Step 4 Summary and homework

Copy the phrases and recite.
