本课时的教学重,难点是Let's learn部分的四会单词和短语,Saturday,Sunday,do homework,watch TV,read books.要求学生能结合所给句型替换关键词,在实际情景中运用新单词和词组.

(1) 教师带领全班齐读课题"Unit 2 My Days of the week."然后提问学生:"What day is it today?"学生回答:"It's Monday."教师补充说:Yes,it's the 27th,Steptemper. It's Monday.

1、教师播放课件,呈现课程表.

2、教师就课程表提问:Boys and Girls,what do you do on Mondays ?学生回答:"We have English.

3、教师依次提问周二至周四的课程安排,如教师问:It's the 28th,Septemper.What day is it today?学生回答:It's Tuesday.教师又问:What do you have on Tuesdays ?学生根据课程表答:We have science.

4、教师提问:"10月1日,星期五",首先,教师说:"Boys and Girls,what do you have this Friday ? 学生会根据课程表回答,说:We have music .教师加重语气再提问,"What do you have on this Friday ?并通过课件辅助学生理解,教师点击课件呈现"10月1日,Friday"台历图片,强调说:"It's the 1st,Octomber.引导学生说:"It's National Day.We are on holiday. So we don't have any classes 一on this Friday.待学生明白后,教师说:"National Day is coming .Are you happy ?学生说:"Yes,we like holidays."

(3)学习新词"Saturday,Sunday "

1、课件呈现台历图片"10月2日",教师问学生:What day is it today ?部分学生回答:Saturday .教师出示卡片,教读Saturday;教师板书,红色粉笔强调大写字母"S".

2、同样方法教学单词"Sunday".

(4)学习新词组"watch TV、do homework、read books和句型"What do you do on Saturdays /on Sundays ?

(1) 教师说:There are seven days in a week.引导学生跟说:They are Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday and Sunday.然后问学生:Which day do you like ? Do you like Mondays ?学生回答:No. 教师又问:Do you like Sundays ?学生回答:Yes. 教师提问个别学生:xx , why do you like Sundays ? What do you do on Sundays ? 学生回答: I …. 然后教师说:I like Sunday ,too . I often watch TV . 引出新单词“ watch TV ”,教师板书“watch TV ”,并借助单词卡片、课件练读“watch TV ”,并引导学生用完整句练习:I often watch TV .

Step 4 . 扩展练习

(1) 看两段视频,有关学生周末活动的录像,教师说:Ok . Saturday and Sunday are holiday . We like holiday .We often do homework ,watch Tv ,read books and do some funny ,interestings .Now ,Let’s watch the video .

(2) Word bank

教师说:Ok , boys and girls , what do you do on Saturdays or on Sundays ? 然后教师打开课件,呈现“Word Bank ”,并带领学生复习一遍单词。

(3) Make a survey

1 、 教师用投影仪展示自制的“调查表”并做调查示范,让学生用所学句型“What do you do on Saturdays or Sundays ? I often do homework on Saturdays / on Sundays . ”在四人小组内完成小组调查。

2、请学生展示小组调查成果 。

通过学习歌谣 “ Saturday , Saturday ” 巩固本课所学内容 。

1、 第一遍,让学生先听,感受歌谣内容。

2、 第二遍,让学生听,边听边打拍子,找找歌谣的节奏。

3、 第三、四遍,让学生跟随录音唱歌谣。

4、 学生分组唱,比赛哪组唱得最好。

1、 听录音,跟读,复习P19,预习P12。

2、 抄写P19 单词和对话 。

六. 教学反思

本课教学中,教师根据学生的特点,结合本课教学的重、难点,设计了一系列课堂教学活动。总的来说,该课导入自然、巧妙,过度新颖、流畅,重难点突出,每一步都体现了从教到学的自然过程,步骤清晰,教学环节连贯。教学中使用的学生自拍视频更贴近学生实际生活,突出了语言的实用交际性质,也增强了教学的趣味。 Word Bank 和调查表让学生充分练习了新词汇和新句型,并通过小组合作让学生相互交流、讨论、研究、互助学习,分享他们的教学成果,培养了学生的合作精神。教师在整个教学过程中,都始终在对学生的学习进程严密关注,以便给予他们最及时的帮助和支持。教学时始终鼓励学生多说多讲,给他们充分的思考空间和时间。当然本节课也存在些许不足,如教学梯度不够突出,教学单词时可让学生一边做动作,一边读等,变化一下效果可能会更好一些。
