Step 1.pre-task preparations

1. 播放Sing a song 的歌曲录音,请学生跟着旋律一起唱。然后请学生回答问题。

T: What is the song about?

S1: It’s about stars.

T: Yes. Can you see stars in the daytime?

S2: No. I can see stars at night.

T: What else can you see in the sky at night?

S3: I can see the moon.

T: What can you see in the sky in the daytime?

S4: I can see the sun.

2. 出示三段文字,请学生阅读后说出答案。

T: It’s big and red. It’s like a round cake. You can see it in the sky in the daytime. What is it?

S1: It’s the sun.

T: It’s big and yellow. Sometimes it’s like a ball, Sometimes It’s like a banana. You can see it in the sky at night. What is it?

S2: It’s the moon.

T: In our eyes, they’re not very big. Sometimes you can see them in the sky at night, but sometimes you can’t. What are they?

S3: They are stars.

然后,请学生描述他们眼中的太阳、月亮和星星。

Step 2 while-task procedures

1. 在黑板上画一座小山。收纳一张太阳的图片,演绎太阳从山后慢慢升起的情景:It’s morning now.在黑板上板书In the morning, the sun rise.(rise 中最后一个s用不同颜色的笔写);在演绎太阳西下,月亮升起的情景:It’s evening now.The sun goes down and the moon rises.同时,在黑板上板书:In the evening, the sun goes down.The moon rises.带领学生朗读rise,go down。

2. 播放Listen and say的录音,请学生根绝录音跟读并逐句跟读。

3. 出示Listen and say的图片,请学生根据图片回答问题。

T: Is it in the morning or in the afternoon?

S1: It’s in the morning now?

T:Is the shadow long or short?

S2: The shadow long is long.

T:Is it morning now?

S1:No.It’s noon.

T:Is the sun high in the sky at noon?

S2: Yes.The sun is high in the sky.

T:Is the shadow long or short?

S3: The shadow is short.

T: Is it evening or afternoon?

S1: It’s evening.

T: Is the sun high in the sky?

S2: No. The sun goes down.

T: Is the shadow long or short?

S3: The shadow is long.

T: It’s dark. Is it night or evening?

S1: It’s night.

T: What can you see in the sky?

S2: I can see the moon and some stars .

4. 在每张图片旁边写关键词,请同桌两人一起根据关键词描述每一张图片上的画面。

Step 3 post-task activities

1. 出示根据Make and say栏目预先准备好的树图片和手电筒,告诉学生手电筒表示太阳,请学生根据教师的指令演绎太阳升起和落下的过程。

T:(point to the tree)This is a tree.(show the torch)The torch is the sun.Who can come to the front and show the sun according to what I say?

It’s morning. The sun rises. The tree’s shadow is long.

S1:(move the torch accordingly)

T: It’s noon. The sun is high in the sky. The shadow is short.

S2: (move the torch accordingly)

T: It’s evening. The sun goes down. The shadow is long again.

S3: (move the torch accordingly)

然后请一个学生口述太阳升起和落下的过程中输赢的变化,领一个学生用手电筒演绎。

2. 出示短文,请学生根据上下文填写所缺的单词。

In the morning, the sun (rises).The shadow is long. At (noon),the sun is high in the sky. The shadow is short. The sun (goes down) in the evening. The shadow is long again. At night, we can see the (moon)and some (stars) in the sky
