Step 1
Teach the new word ‘instead’. Sleep instead! Watching instead! Running instead…practice the new words by different ways.
Step 2
Discuss the sentences “What are you doing? we’re _______.”in groups. Let the pupils make the sentences as much as they can.
Step 3
Teach “make a cake”. “making a cake”. Tell the students e is very quiet in”make”,so we can cut “e” in “making”. Then teach the word “quiet”. “Please be quite”.
