教材分析:

本课为外研社版小学英语三年级起点第七册Module 9 Unit 1 A visit to the UN。在六年级学段,大部分学生对英语的学习积极性浓厚,但有少部分学生还是没有找到合适的方法,为了提高学生的学习兴趣,要让学生在语境中学习,结合实际生活去运用,精心备课,让每一位学生在原有的基础上都有一定的进步。

教学方法:

教学目标:

1、知识目标:能识读新单词building,show,all around the world,bring ,peace。运用句式Do you want to„来询问对方的意见或想法,用I want to„来回答。

2、能力目标:运用句式Do you want to„来询问对方的意见或想法,用I want to„来回答。并能用一段话来表述自己的想法。

3、情感目标:了解联合国的一些情况,激发学生的爱国热情。

教学重点:

运用句式Do you want to„来询问对方的意见或想法,用I want to„来回答。

教学难点:

让学生编写„want to„的对话。

教学过程:

一、Warming up

1.Greeting: say hello to everybody.

2.Say a chant: where are you from? Boy, boy, where are you from? I am from China. Girl, girl, where are you from? I am from Japan. Boy, Boy, where are you from?I am from England. Girl, girl, where are you from? I am from America.

[设计目标:通过chant来复习一些学过国名,不仅营造轻松的环境,而且也为新授课做好铺垫。]

二、Leading-in

T: Do you know where is New York?

S: It’s in America.

T: Great!I like travelling, I want to visit New York. Do you want to visit New York?

S: Yes, we do.

T: Ok, let us look at the picture one, what is it?

S: It’s a tall building.

T: Yes, It’s the UN building.(带读building并介绍一些关于联合国及其联合国大厦的知识)

1. Open the book , listen to the text and answer the questions:

Question 3: What is the present from China?

2. Listen and repeat, then find the sentences of “want to”
