教材分析：
本课为外研社版小学英语三年级起点第七册Module 9 Unit 1 A visit to the UN。在六年级学段，大部分学生对英语的学习积极性浓厚，但有少部分学生还是没有找到合适的方法，为了提高学生的学习兴趣，要让学生在语境中学习，结合实际生活去运用，精心备课，让每一位学生在原有的基础上都有一定的进步。
教学方法：

教学目标：
1、知识目标：能识读新单词building，show，all around the world，bring ，peace。运用句式Do you want to„来询问对方的意见或想法，用I want to„来回答。
2、能力目标：运用句式Do you want to„来询问对方的意见或想法，用I want to„来回答。并能用一段话来表述自己的想法。
3、情感目标：了解联合国的一些情况，激发学生的爱国热情。
教学重点：
运用句式Do you want to„来询问对方的意见或想法，用I want to„来回答。
教学难点：
让学生编写„want to„的对话。
教学过程：
一、Warming up
1.Greeting: say hello to everybody.
2.Say a chant: where are you from? Boy, boy, where are you from? I am from China. Girl, girl, where are you from? I am from Japan. Boy, Boy, where are you from?I am from England. Girl, girl, where are you from? I am from America.
[设计目标：通过chant来复习一些学过国名，不仅营造轻松的环境，而且也为新授课做好铺垫。]
二、Leading-in
T: Do you know where is New York?
S: It’s in America.
T: Great！I like travelling, I want to visit New York. Do you want to visit New York?
