教学目的和要求:
1、能灵活运用英语来表达整点的时间;
2、能听,说,读,写词汇:get up, go to school, have lunch, go home, watch TV, go to bed, at, o’clock.
3、能运用课文中的句型进行扩展性的情景会话。
4、通过学习,使学生懂得珍惜时间。
教学重、难点:
1、灵活的运用英语来表达时间的整点数。
2、能听、说、读、写词汇:get up ,go to school ,have lunch ,go home ,watch TV,go to bed,at ,o’clock.
教具准备:
一块钟表、课件和录音机。
教学步骤:
Step1:Warming—up Exercise
1、 Tell the students to look at the clock and tell the time in Chinese.
2、 Sing the song ‚ Ten little Indian boys‛
3、 Now teacher move the clock’s hands to different times and ask :‚ What time is it ?‛ If necessary ,prompt the students to reply by saying ,‚It’s‛and pointing to the number on the clock . They should say :,‚[number] o’clock‛。 (换不同的数字让学生练习几遍。)
Step2:Presentation
( T= teacher Ss= the students )
T:(Move the clock’s hands to seven o’clock.)‚What time is it ?‛
Ss:It’s seven o’clock .
T: (教师做起床状) This morning , I get up at seven o’clock . (write and read the title ‚ I get up at seven o’clock .‛ Then learn to say :‚ get up , at + number + o’clock ‛)
T:Everyone ,let’s look picture and say . ( 把第二幅图投影出来) 。It’s eight o’clock . What does Daming do ?
Ss: He goes to school at eight o’clock . (Learn to say : ‘go to school’ )
T: When do you go to school in the morning ? S: I go to school at eight o’clock .
T: And what do you do at twelve o’clock ?
Ss: (教师引导) We have lunch at twelve o’clock .( Learn to say :‚have lunch‛)
T:(教师背书包做回家状)Every day I go home at four o’clock . (Learn to say : ‚go home , at four ‛ )
T: ( 把钟拨到六点整 ,投影出第五幅图 )What is Daming doing ?
Ss: He is watching TV at six o’clock . (Learn to say : ‚watch TV ‛ )
T: When does Daming go to bed ?
Ss: At nine o’clock . Learn to say : ‚ go to bed ‛
T: And when do you go to bed at night ?
S1: I go to bed at eight o’clock .
S2: I go to bed at nine o’clock .
S3: I go to bed at ten o’clock .
Step3: Practice
( Explain to the students that they are going to listen to the tape and they will hear different times mentioned . Tell them to write down the times they hear . )
(1)T: Listen to the sentences . Tell me what you hear the differen times . ( Teacher on the board write down those times after students answer。)
(2) Listen to the sentences and repeat it sentence by sentence .
(3) Pratice in groups of four .
(4) Read the sentences in the text .
Step4: Consolidation
1、Let students do activity three .
Number 1: Divide all the students into ten groups , let them dicuss and make sentence of pictures .
Number 2: 让每一位组员把造好的句子说给全组听 . 并且反复练习几遍 .
2、 练习写词汇 : ‚ get up , go to school , have lunch , go home , watch TV , go to bed ‛
Step5 : Ending
The students sing the song ‚Good---bye‛
