Step1.Warm up

T: Good morning, boys and girls.

S: Good morning, Ms Gu.

T: Before the class, Let’s have a song. (BINGO)

T:Good job. Ok! It’s time for one minute for talking, Let’s introduce myself. Who will come to the blackboard and introduce yourself.

Four Ss come to the blackboard and introduce himself/herself.

(老师对学生有目的的进行要求,让学生综合运用前三个单元所学知识介绍自己,每节课抽查4—5个学生到讲台前演讲,这样既能训练口头表达能力,又能锻炼自己的胆量。)

(Ss read the word)

T: The turtle is faster. Ok, let’s read together.

T: Look! What’s this.

Ss: It’s a turtle.

T: Is this a turtle?

Ss: No, it isn’t. It’s a snail.

T: Yes, a snail. Read after me: a snail, ai-/ei/, snail.
