教学目标:

全体学生能运用Are you doing your homework?,掌握句型:Are you doing ….?

掌握单词flower,science,today的读音,做到会听、说、读。

感知一般疑问句Are you doing your homework?的语音语调。

初步了解中国小学生与外国小学生作业内容的异同。

教学重点:

1.掌握句型:Are you doing ….?

2.能用正确的句式谈论正在发生的事情和正在进行的动作。

教学难点:

正确使用正在进行时的不同句式进行表述。

教学过程:

Step1:Preparation:

greeting

Sing the song:I’m listening to music.

Ask and answer:

Step2:Presentation:

1.Task and write down the title.

Watch the whole video.

2.Listen and repeat.Show a picture of flowers,and the teacher introduce “It’s Amy’s Science homework.”

Watch the whole video,then try to answer the question “What’s Amy doing?”

Listen and say sentence by sentence.

Learn the word “flower” and practice saying.

Learn the word “science” and practice saying.

Learn to say the other subjects,e.g.Chinese,Maths,English,ME,Music,Art and so on.

Step3:Practice:

1.Read and judge

2.Describe pictures: Are you doing...? Yes../No, ...

3.Make up the sentences with the drill “Are you doing …?”

4.Production:

Listen and do the exercises on P18-3.Listen and tick.

choose and say.(She /He is doing sth…She /He isn’t doing sth….)

Step4:Summary:

Photo show.(practice the drill “Is he /she doing….?Yes./No.)
