教学目标：
1. 知识目标
（1）要求大部分学生能理解，部分学生能掌握的词汇
weekend，place, British Museum, how, best, took, river, hour, minute, trip, along.
（2）要求大部分学生能理解，部分学生能掌握句型

（1）能读懂、理解课文大意并回答出相关问题；

一、Warm up
1. Sing a song “Where did you go?”
（设计意图：融相关性，趣味性，参与性，激励性为一体的WU，能让学生在轻松愉快氛围中感受学习英语的乐趣。）

T: How many days in a week?
Ss: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
T: Yes, for us, Saturday and Sunday are weekend.（板书）
