Activity 1:The gifts of Christmas

T:Let’s go . (Play the CAI , open the first box ,there are two English sounds of the “ch” and “tch” , and a picture .)

T:Yes . Good . (play the English sound ,follow and read ,listen to teacher,follow teacher’s mouth . )

(Open the second box , show the picture of Vioce Replayer ,and hold the Vioce Replayer )

T: Oh , this is a Vioce Replayer , it can teach us to study . Can you read the “teach” ?(play “teach” and its English sound ) ( Write teach on the blackboard , and circle the letter “ch”。)

T: Look and repeat . ( Point to the letter “ch” )

Step 3 Consolidation

Activity 3: Playing Sounds and words Games

Game 1: Put Ss in groups of four . Call out a word. One student show the card of a word . And the other three students match . The match is who can fastest and say the word and make the movement of the word . If you lose , you will lose one point . If you win , you will have one point . And the winner , you will have a small present .

Game 2: Finding friends for the Sounds and words .

In the big team , Find the word of have the “ch”/“tch” read / t ∫/. Give them three minutes to finish. If they write the most words , they will be the winners .

Activity 4:Chant and dance
