Ⅰ。 Pre—Grammar Teaching (6 minutes)

1.Learn to read the title.

S (Read after T): Unit 7 He’s better than us.

T (重点教读标题内3个生词的读音,并注明部分音标):

/e/, /be/, better ; th 伸舌头,than; u, /∧/,us.

[设计意图:从语音入手,开门见山,读准课题。但老师并不直接告诉学生课题的中文意思,而要求学生在课堂学习中自己去理解。让学生带着悬念继续深入学下去。]

2.小组竞赛:

教师用简笔画在黑板顶部画了一云中月,再用尺从黑板底部至月亮画了两条云梯。之后用两个磁贴(一红一黄)分别代表A、B两大组进行“空中摘月”竞赛,看谁爬得更快更高。

T:A stands up.

Group A(Stands up and cheers up): Yeah!

T:B stands up.

Group B(Stands up and cheers up): Yeah!

[设计意图:采取生动简易的评价方式贯穿整节课的教学,操作性强,促高效课堂。]

3. Vocabulary time:

⑴T: Your pronunciation is very good. Let’s read more.

用课件依次显示7个形容词:small, big, tall, young, short, old, good

学生认真跟读,努力发准每个音,并做好每个相应动作。

⑵ Brain Storm:随着单词地快速闪现,Ss says the words with the actions quickly as possible as they can.

[设计意图:分别以:文字加动作、图文并茂再加动作这两种方式,让学生在紧张刺激的氛围中熟悉形容词原级的发音及意义;同时,教师生动有趣的动作示范,让学生从这一环节开始彻底放轻松。]
