Show the picture and cover it with a piece of paper which with a hole on it. Students guess Who is he/she?

1. Show my family photograph, introduce my father, mother, uncle, aunt to students with the key sentence:

This word is a little difficult, so read group by group, train train go go go.

2. T invites 5 Ss come to the blackboard, they take the picture of the family member. One Ss come to introduce one by one. Other Ss say “nice to meet you”

教学反思:

The reading of “aunt” is hard for some Ss. Looking at teacher’s mouth is very important for pronunciation. Take the family photo to introduce the family members making them feel proud. So Ss are eager to come on to show their family. Through this way every Ss got the chance to practice English. While learning the words, t requires them to act the family members, it makes them feel happy to learn.
