教材解读：
《英语课程标准》倡导学生学习的主体性，倡导体验、参与、合作与交流的学习方式。把交际活动的主动权给学生，让学生在融自主与交互学习为一体的充满活力的氛围中，扩大知识面，提高语言的运用能力，培养敢于参与的勇气，善于标新立异的意识，激发英语学习的乐趣。通过对教材的理解、教学方法的设计以及教学过程的安排，运用活泼多彩，符合学生心理的活动来培养学生对英语的兴趣，为学生的继续学习打下良好的基础。
学情分析：
依据小学六年级学生的年龄和心理等特点，本节课以培养学生的“听、说、读、写”综合语言技能为目标带领学生展开活动。教学中要体现英语课程标准的新理念，遵循语言习惯规律，培养学生对英语语言的感受能力和语言运用的交际能力，突出创新能力的培养。
教学目标：
1.认知目标
1）四会单词： favorite , subject, player , 科目类词汇。
2）听懂会说并能灵活运用以下的句型
What’s your favorite subject? Who’s your favorite player?
2.情感目标：以情感培育人，以兴趣吸引人，培养学生热爱学习，团结协作，友好竞争的精神。
3.技能目标：引导学生积极参与游戏，唱歌，对话，调查，竞赛等丰富多彩的活动，养成动脑、动手的好习惯，启迪思维，成为学习的主体，主动学习，教会学生学会学习。
