Self-introduction:
Of course, I should introduce myself to you.Good morning everyone! My name is LiYaoshi, was born at New North Temble Village of Guye district, a pretty good community. I have a faminy in harmony, including my mild mother and nice father. I gruduated from Tianjin Vocational Colleage of Mechanics and Electricity this very year, majoring in the automation of the electrical installation. I am interested in the work that is related to electricity and can be devoted to it. I like sports, such as sightseeing, strolling climbing and so on. I’m fond of literature and translation,too. If there is a chance, I want to be a translator. That’t all. Thank you!
1)Thanks for your applause. I am very glad to take part in the foreign language speaking contest. I summoned my courage to step forword, for though I am always confident with my English, yet my oral communication skill is very broken and need further promote. Howerer, I’m standing here today, I think it is a process of growing up no matter what remarks I get out of the speech contest.
2)Today, after five months I can still think of my first visit of this company. After the campus life, I was anxious to get a good job, and I once visited the company and wondered around the region of the company to determine to apply for admission to it. But I lost heart at last, for I thought it was unattainable, and I got back without even handing out my curriculum vitae. In those days, I really wanted to be a member of the Company, because the large national corporation can provide me with the excellent cultural atmosphere and advanced equipment for developing my potential and hence showing up my intelligence, and also I can be proud of working there.
3)I think I can master the skills as soon as possible. For the new worker has just begun his career life, the opportunity of improving is urgent. I wish the company may offer the adequate resources and the best way of learning to me as the one whose theoretical knowledge does not go hand in hand with the practical work experience to qualify to meet the requirements of the company. I promise I can make good use of the precious opportunity and try every means to accumulate enough skills and experience for a fierce competition and a bright prospect.
4)Nearly a decade ago when I was still a junior school student , the original foreign masterpieces reading was beyond my power, but now I can read them easily by the help of the references. There is no reason to doubt of my progress. In June of 2007, I began to translate a mysterious novel that bought from foreign language bookstore of Tianjin. From then on, I did it every day, and never give it up. I guess it may be finished by the end of the year of Pig. And five months ago, The Company was too high for me to enter, yet I got the job two months ago, though currently it is not the one with complete contract and is not treated equally with the regular ones. I am ready to be well equipped to change this situation. It is one of my dreams that waiting to come true.
5)The year of 2007 is my zodiacal year, and is the key year of me to step into the society. I know how difficult starting out as a beginner. But I mean to succeed. Success means achieving satisfactory results in one’s speciality which does not come easy. Although it is far from me as a dream, yet I have the dream, I believe that I can make it come true one day.
6)In a word, I must be positive no matter what difficulties ahead and how I am in the colleague’s eyes. Hope deserts me at no period of my existence. Making effort to fight and it can make everything different more or less. In the end I want to close my speech with the quoting that will be inspiring for our lives: The diligent way is practise, and our dreams can come true through the hardship of our perseverance!
