一、教学目的:

1. 复习所学基数词,以及1至12月的月份名称。

2. 基数词,序数词的听、说、读、写及运用,尤其是1至12的序数词。

3、 能正确理解运用句型“What day is it?”进行交际。

二、教学重点:

1. 能正确听、说、读、写,运用基数词、序数词。

2. 句型“What day is it?”和“What’s the date?”及其答语。

三、教具准备:

自制台历,星期的卡片,录音机及磁带。

四、教学过程:

(一)Class opening and review

1、Greeting :

T: Hello, everyone ! How’s the weather today ? How do you feel ? 2.Chant : Month chant .

T: Are you happy ? Let’s say the “Month chant”.

(二)New concepts

Step 1.Race and introduce ordinal numbers

T:How many boys in our class? How many girls?

S:_____ boys /girls .

T:Now we will have a race .Who want to be the volunteers ?

T: Tell them how to play this game .

S: Have the match .

T:(教师手指第一个数完的学生):“xx is the first, first ,first. ”并板书“first ”板书时与one 放在一行。

同样方法教学second, third ,fourth ……,板书成如下格式:

1.One first

2.two second

3.three third

4.four fourth

5.five fifth

6.six sixth

7.seven seventh

T:Ask the questions such as :

1.Who is the third in your line ?

2.Which month is the tenth ?

Step 2 : Practice

T: Sunday is the first day of the week . Let’s say the other days , OK ?

Ss: Practice together .
