(自编比赛的小故事:乌龟与狗赛跑。比赛中,一只老鼠横穿赛道把狗撞倒,最后,狗还是赢了乌龟。在讲故事时,充分利用动物图片与身体语言学新单词。此故事的设计,是为吸引学生的注意力,提高其学习的乐趣的同时,为更好地学习理解新单词、短语和课文内容作出铺垫。)
Learn the new words: fast, slowly, go for it, fall over, catch up, still, winner, wave.
2、Show the title : Unit 7 School Sports Day
T: This is animal’s sport. Do you want to know our school sports? Now, Today, we’ll learn Unite 7 School Sports Day.
3、Show something to learn the new words.
(1) Show a baton, and ask: What’s it?
Game: get the baton.
(展示接力棒,并进行教学游戏,让他们感受get the baton的紧张与兴奋。)
(2) Show a lunch box and wave it, then ask: Whose lunch box is this?
(把预藏在袋里某一学生的饭盒拿出来,挥动它让学生进行猜它的主人。此环设计意图有利于新单词的教学,也使学生对wave有深的理解。同时学生在猜的过程中,复习并操练了Whose句型。)
4、Watch kingsun and think several questions.
(1) Who’s running slowly?
(2) Who’s waving a lunch box?
(3) Who are running across the field? What’s happening?
(4) Who’s the winner at last?
(播放课件,让学生带着问题听录音,有目的地听,既能激起学生的兴趣,又可启迪学生的思维,使学生学习的主体作用得以充分发挥。)
5、Repeat and answer the questions.
6、Learn the new words again,then read after the tape.
(听读录音带是为了让学生模仿朗读者的语音语调,尤其是把握其感情。)
