2、 掌握形容词最高级在句子中的用法。

教学重点:

形容词最高级的变化和用法。

教学难点:

形容词最高级的变化规则。

教具准备:

图片、电脑、电视。

教学过程:

Step 1: Revision

1. Sing the song: Which is slower?

2. Use the picture and do some actions to review the words:

big, small, old, young, fast, slow, tall, short

3. 用两种物品比较:(复习比较级的用法)

T: Which…is bigger? S: … is bigger.

Step 2: New lesson

1. Ask three students to the front.

T: S1 is tall, S2 is taller than S1, but S3 is the tallest of the three boys.

Who is the tallest in the class? ( It’s … )

以学生作为例子引出tallest, shortest, fastest, slowest, oldest, youngest… 并板书。

2. 让学生用图片等进行对话。

(1) Who is the …?

(2) Which is the …?

3. 让学生总结最高级的用法:--est ,在句子中形容词最高级前要用the

4. (1)、出示一些动物玩具:ant, bear, cat, dog…

T: The ant is the smallest animal. What is the smallest animal in your book?

S:The ant is the smallest animal.

T: What’s the biggest animal in the world?

S: The whale is the biggest.

(2)、让学生用这些动物玩具进行Pair work

(3)、用电脑课件出示Target。Listen to the tape and repeat.

5. Play the game:  利用Practice 2的表进行采访班里的同学。
