1.能熟练使用句型What do you want to be/do in the future?并掌握其回答方式进行操练。

2.能在Story time的基础上,培养学生的语用能力。

3.培养学生的发散性思维和语法表达能力。

4.培养学生的语言表达能力及对知识点进行归纳总结的能力。

2.掌握本单元的表示职业的四会单词。

3.通过做调查训练学生对句型的运用能力。

 Step1. Warm up

a. Magic eyes

快速闪现本单元及以前学过的职业类单词。

b.教师给出关于职业的描述,要去学生猜出职业名称。

Eg: She works in a hospital. She takes care of people's teeth. What does she do?

She's a dentist.

3.Do some revision.

复习Story time

T:Do you remember Miss Li and her students’ dreams?

What do they want to be? What do they want to do? Look and say out the words quickly.

Listen and guess

Answer some questions about Storytime.

Look at the books,Read the sentences。(第78~79页的句子)

学生分小组进行讨论。

1.PPT shows the forms.

2.Do you remember these words?

PPT: farmer, teacher, cook, nurse, policeman, nurse, doctor, driver。

a. 趣味游戏巩固职业词汇

教师给出职业类词汇的首字母,要学生说出完整的单词,说的越多越好。如:

W:Writer,waiter, waitress, worker…

P:Pianist, painter, policeman, policewoman…

b.使用下列句型进行句型迁移训练:

I want to be a————

游戏活动,操练want to be/to do结构 Ss read the sentences and discuss in groups

小组汇报:1.want to be后面是表示职业的名词。

2.want to 接动词的原形。

Play the game to revise the words about jobs.

 Step 3Fun time

T: Everyone has his dream. Now, please come to ask the others about their dreams.

Let’s do a survey.

Ss do a survey in groups.

Then the group leader reports.

Six students in a group.
