1. 能用正确的语音语调说出uncle, aunt两个新授词汇。
2. 能熟练运用How are you? Fine, thank you./ I am fine, thank you./ Very well, and you?等简单语句进行相互问候。
过程与方法
在“新年到，家人、亲朋好友相互拜访”的语言使用环境中，能够根据家庭成员的关系在口语中正确表达uncle, aunt的称谓。
情感态度价值观
让学生开始形成在日常生活中良好的语言习惯和待人接物时落落大方的态度、有问有答的礼貌。

教学过程：
一、Sing “Happy New Year”
让学生听有关新年的歌曲，营造出新年的气氛，让学生直接进入本课的语言使用环境中。
二、Questions & answers
T“Look, it’s Jan. 1st.New Year is coming！ Do you know the song? Can you sing the song? Are you happy? …
三、Question
1、用This is May. She is happy. Look and listen, who is coming? 提示学生注意媒体上出现的人物与学过的儿歌。“Rhyme My father is coming Di-Di. …My mother is coming. Di-Di.… …”当小女孩和爸爸，妈妈，哥哥在家时，响起了敲门声，老师可以说Oh, who is coming? Brother? Sister?…Maybe…让学生自由地猜测几次。门打开了，教师提示This is father’s brother.并指着新出现的人物重复强调一次father’s brother再引出uncle一词。
2、uncle 正常声音升降调全体跟着教师朗读；模仿尖锐的高音到粗沉的低音反复多次跟读。
3、aunt的机械性操练也可以先全体跟着教师朗读。其中开始一两遍可以是正常声音升降调跟读，接着可以由响到轻或由轻到响地跟读。
四、Teaching new sentences
1. 听May和Uncle 之间的对话How are you, Uncle? I am fine, thank you. 听一或两遍后教师问，选择个别同学重复。
2. 结合显示的画面，全班跟读，注意语音语调。
3. 听Aunt和May之间完整的对话How are you, May?要求学生想一想May如何回答。
4. 学生讨论后再放录音引出新授句子Very well, and you?和回答Fine, thank you.
5. 看图片，听不同人物之间的不同对话。
How are you? I am fine, thank you./ Very well, and you?/fine, thank you./I’m fine, thank you. 结合屏幕中出现的不同图片，从听的训练熟悉How are you?的多种问答。
6. 根据听到的内容，同桌两人一组复述。
五、Practice.

练习册，看第二页上的两幅图片，四人小组之间想想他们会互相说些什么，组内讨论交流。
